Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our product, we have the following policies:

• Returns: For safety and integrity reasons, Pure Vita may not be returned. For enhanced product protection, both the pump of the bottle, as well as the entire box containing the bottle are incapsulated in a tamper-proof shrink wrap.
• Damaged Orders: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@itsvodadevita.com. Please provide a clear photo and order number.
• Replacements: We are happy to issue a replacement if your item was damaged or lost in transit.
